this property is just steps away from KLCC and is conveniently close to Bukit Bintang

Very disappointing stay. Not recommended. The property did not have the view as advertised. Upon arrival, the electricity tripped immediately, which was very inconvenient. The check-in process was poorly managed as I had to contact multiple people, causing unnecessary delays. The deposit was requested on the spot without prior clear communication. After check-out, it took 8 days to receive the deposit refund, and I had to personally follow up to get it back. To make matters worse, the bedsheet provided was torn, which reflects poor maintenance and cleanliness standards. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not stay here again.
